MADISON, Wis. -- Wisconsin basketball player Kevin Gullikson has been ticketed again for underage drinking, according to a citation made public Wednesday.

The backup forward was cited at 3:46 a.m. Sunday by a University of Wisconsin-Madison police officer.

The citation said his blood alcohol level measured 0.20 in a breath test. It lists the address of the stop as the business school.

Gullikson, a junior from Stillwater, Minn., has played in 13 games for No. 21 Wisconsin (12-2, 2-0 Big Ten) this season. He averages less than two points per game.

Online court records show the 20-year-old received similar tickets the previous two years. After his last citation in August, he agreed to participate in an alcohol treatment program.

UW-Madison Police Officer Mark Gulden said he could not release additional details until Gullikson makes an initial court appearance Jan. 31.

It's unclear whether the citation will complicate Gullikson's efforts to settle his previous citation. He was expected to appear for a sentencing hearing in that case in March.

Court records show he paid a $249 fine for his first citation in 2006.

Gullikson, who is 6 feet 7 inches and 240 pounds, will turn 21 on Feb. 26.

Team spokesman Brian Lucas could not say Wednesday what discipline, if any, Gullikson will face. He also did not know whether he would suit up on Thursday, when Wisconsin hosts Illinois.

"We are aware of the situation, and we are handling it internally," Lucas said.

He said the school's student athlete discipline policy does not specifically spell out punishments for underage drinking.
