Billikens open practice without two
ST. LOUIS -- Saint Louis will open practice this week without two top players.
The school said Wednesday that point guard Kwamain Mitchell and center Willie Reed are not currently enrolled. The 6-foot-9 Reed averaged 12.4 points and 7.9 rebounds and Mitchell averaged 15.9 points and three assists last year, when both were sophomores.
The school said federal law did not allow them to release any additional information without the consent of the students involved.
