SPARTANBURG, S.C. (AP) -- Maleye Ndoye hit the game-winning
jumper with 1.5 seconds left as Furman beat Wofford 77-73 on
Saturday night.

Ndoye led all scorers with 25 points, while Quan Prowell scored
14 and Tony Carter added 11 for the Paladins (13-10, 5-7 Southern
Conference).

Howard Wilkerson led the Terriers (8-16, 4-9) with 19 points.

Wilkerson's free throw with 1:21 left tied the game at 73 and
neither team scored on its next possession before Ndoye's 15-footer
gave Furman the lead at 77-73.

Wofford's inbounds pass went out of bounds. The Terries then
fouled Carter who hit both free throws for the final margin.

The Paladins shot 52.1 percent (25-of-48) for the game, and 68.2
percent (15-of-22) in the second half.

Ndoye was 8-for-12 from the field and hit six of his eight free
