STOCKTON, Calif. (AP) -- Miah Davis scored 23 points to help Pacific win its 12th straight game and move into a tie for first in the Big West with a 78-62 win over Cal-State Fullerton on Thursday night.

The Tigers (21-7, 16-1) won for the 17th time in 18 games and can claim at least a share of its first Big West title since 1998 with a win Saturday in its regular-season finale against UC Riverside. No. 23 Utah State, which is tied for first, finishes its regular season Friday against Idaho.

Davis added five assists before leaving the game with a left leg injury with 40 seconds to play. Guillaume Yango scored 12 points and Tyler Newton had 11 points and 11 rebounds for the Tigers.

Pape Sow led Fullerton (10-16, 6-11) with 24 points and 13 rebounds. Yaphett King added 17 points and Anthony Bolton had 12 for the Titans.

Pacific took command with a 17-0 run late in the first half and led 45-29 at the break. The Tigers twice stretched their lead to 21 points midway through the second half.

The Titans crept within 70-59 with four minutes remaining after Bobby Brown's 3-pointer culminated an 11-2 Fullerton run. But Davis then made two free throws and David Doubley followed with four consecutive points as the Tigers cruised to the finish.
