EUGENE, Ore. (AP) -- In his final regular-season game at McArthur Court, Luke Jackson made sure to give the home fans one last memorable moment.

The Oregon senior made a pair of free throws with 13 seconds left to give Oregon a 60-59 victory against UCLA on Saturday.

Jackson, the only player in school history with at least 1,800 points, 600 rebounds and 300 assists, scored 21 points to go with eight rebounds.

He scored 14 in the second half as the Ducks erased a 29-23 halftime deficit.

"Luke Jackson is remarkable," Oregon coach Ernie Kent said. "For him to be able to dominate like he does, put up the numbers he does, just shows how great he really is."

Jackson was sent to the line after the Bruins' Trevor Ariza fouled him while attempting to steal a pass from James Davis. Jackson coolly swished both attempts.

A shot by UCLA's Cedric Bozeman with three-seconds left hit the front of the rim and Oregon's Jordan Kent grabbed the rebound to secure the Ducks' victory.

The call on Ariza was contested by UCLA, while Jackson expressed disbelief that he was fouled.

"I can't believe he hacked me like that," Jackson said. "He pretty much fouled me without me making a move."

Ariza disagreed.

"I felt like I got all ball and the ref called the foul after we got possession," Ariza said. "But it's a home crowd and sometimes it goes that way."

The win gave Oregon (14-11 overall, 9-9 Pacific-10) its third straight .500 or better finish in conference play for the first time in 49 years.

It also makes them the No. 5 seed in next week's Pac-10 tournament.

Davis, another of the Ducks' four seniors, added 11 points, while Dijon Thompson led four Bruins in double figures with 14 points.

There were six lead changes and five ties in the second half, starting with a 15-2 run by Oregon as it took a 38-31 advantage at the 16:38 mark. Jackson started the run with a layup off a steal, while Aaron Brooks hit a pair of 3-pointers, the first of which gave the Ducks their first lead of the game, 30-29.

UCLA (11-16, 7-11) reclaimed the lead at 7:18, when T.J. Cummings hit a jumper over Jackson to make it 50-48.

Jackson answered with a 3-pointer to give the Ducks the one-point advantage.

After Oregon fell behind 57-54 on a Bozeman layup with two minutes left, Jackson answered with another 3-pointer to tie the game and Ian Crosswhite made a free throw with 54 seconds left for a 58-57 Oregon lead.

The Bruins went back up on top after a layup from Bozeman with 21 seconds left.
