    Holy Cross 60, Harvard 52

    BOSTON (AP) -- Kevin Hamilton scored 18 points and Torey Thomas added 13 as Holy Cross beat Harvard 60-52 on Tuesday night.

    Matt Stehle and Brian Cusworth led the Crimson (0-2) with 13 points each, while Stehle's eight rebounds led both teams. Michael Beal added 11 points for Harvard.

    Holy Cross (2-0) led 34-30 at halftime after jumping to an early 12-3 lead on Hamilton's 3-pointer five minutes into the first half.

    But Harvard tied the game at 36 when Cusworth made a jump shot at the 16:16 mark of the second half.

    The Crusaders then went on a 8-0 run behind a pair of baskets by Nate Lufkin to open up a 44-36 lead with 14 minutes left in the contest.

    Harvard never got closer than six points for the remainder of the game as they turned the ball over 26 times and were 9 of 24 from the field in the second half.
