CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (AP) -- Reggie Golson had 30 points on 12-of-15 shooting and grabbed 13 rebounds, pacing Southeast Missouri State to an 81-64 victory over Division II Rockhurst on Tuesday night.

Brett Hale added 27 points for the Indians (1-1), who led 37-34 at halftime after shooting 13-of-24 from the field, including 6-of-11 from 3-point range. Paul Paradoski had 10 points and 11 assists for Southeast Missouri.

Southeast finished 31-of-55 -- 56 percent -- from the floor, making nine of its 17 shots from beyond the arc.

Joel Sobanski had 21 points and Terrance Dopson 20 for the Hawks (1-4) of Kansas City.

Rockhurst missed eight of their dozen shots from 3-point range and finished 23-of-48 overall, or 48 percent.
