Delaware 81, George Mason 78 (OT)

NEWARK, Del. (AP) -- Rulon Washington sank a three-pointer with
one second left in overtime and Delaware pulled out a 81-78 victory
over George Mason Wednesday night.

George Mason scored eight straight points to tie the score at
69-69 with 1:13 left in regulation on a three-point play by John
Vaughan. Robin Wentt's dunk gave the Hens a 71-69 lead with 51
seconds left, but Tony Skinn fed Jai Lewis for a layup with 37
seconds left to knot the score at 71-71. All five starters for the
Blue Hens (6-9, 3-1 Colonial Athletic Association) in double
figures. Washington led with 14 points, while Harding Nana posted
his seventh straight double-double with 20 points and 12 rebounds.

Mike Slattery added 15 points and eight assists, Wentt scored 12
points and pulled 10 rebounds, and Andrew Washington contributed 16
