    NACOGDOCHES, Texas (AP) -- Marcus Clark scored 21 of his 26 points in the first half to help Stephen F. Austin beat Lamar 70-60 Saturday night.

    Stephen F. Austin (9-7, 3-2 Southland Conference) led 42-29 at halftime.

    Alan Daniels scored 16 points for Lamar (10-6, 2-3).

    Clark, who had a career-high 29 points Wednesday night against Nicholls State, recorded his fourth straight 20-point game.

    Anthony Paez scored 12 points and Josh Porter added 11 for the Lumberjacks.

    Stephen F. Austin shot 50 percent from the floor in the first half as it jumped out to its 13-point halftime lead. It held a double-digit lead most of the second half.

    The Cardinals got no closer than six points in the second half.
