NACOGDOCHES, Texas (AP) -- Marcus Clark scored 27 points as
Stephen F. Austin defeated McNeese State 63-58 on Thursday night.
More than half of Clark's points came on the foul lane, as the
junior hit 15-of-16 free throws and played all but three minutes.
Hank Rivers added 17 points and 12 rebounds for the Lumberjacks
(10-8, 4-3 Southland Conference).McNeese State (7-12, 0-6) led by eight points at halftime but
shot a dismal 25 percent in the second half to let Stephen F.
Austin pull away. J.T. Williams led the Cowboys with 13 points.It was the sixth straight loss for McNeese State, which is 0-9
on the road this season.
