NEW BRITAIN, Conn. (AP) -- Lenny Jefferson scored 18 of his 21
points in the second half to power Central Connecticut past Sacred
Heart 78-68 Friday night.
DeMario Anderson added 18 points for the Blue Devils (9-12, 5-7
Northeast) who made a season-high 13 three-pointers in 25 attempts.
The victory was their 12th in their last 13 meetings with Sacred
Heart (3-18, 2-10).Kibwe Trim had 19 points and Ryon Howard contributed 17 for the
