MURRAY, Ky. (AP) -- Trey Pearson scored 21 points Tuesday night
to lead Murray State to a 76-51 win over Campbellsville.
Murray led 28-24 at halftime but pulled away on 20-of-34
shooting (58.8 percent) in the second half, while holding
Campbellsville to 11-of-29 (37.9 percent). The Racers were also
6-for-10 (60 percent) from beyond the 3-point line to 2-for-9 (22.2
percent) for their opponents.
Campbellsville led by two points with 3:29 left in the first
half before Murray State took off, leading by as many as 28 points
with 24 seconds left to play.
