Duquesne 73, Robert Morris 58

PITTSBURGH (AP) -- Bryant McAllister had 24 points to lead
Duquesne to its first win of the season, a 73-58 victory over
Robert Morris on Saturday,

McAllister made his first five shots and had 14 points in the
opening 13 minutes as the Dukes took a 26-15 lead. He also posted
five rebounds and five assists.

Duquesne (1-3) opened the game on a 21-7 run, limiting the
Colonials to just two field goals in the first nine minutes.

Robert Morris (2-3) cut the deficit to 37-33 after an A.J.
Jackson basket to open the second half. But the Dukes followed with
a 14-0 run and never led by less than 10 the rest of the way.

Tony Lee had 13 points to lead Robert Morris. Freddie Harris
added 11 -- all in the first half, when he sustained an ankle injury
late. The Colonials shot just 34 percent from the field.

Chauncey Duke had a career-high 10 rebounds for Duquesne.

The Dukes had all their players in uniform for the first time
this season.
