SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) -- Jason Harris scored 20 of his 25
points in the second half to lead Sacramento State to a 106-94
victory over Long Beach State on Monday night.
Haron Hargrave added 20 points and DaShawn Freeman scored 17 for
the Hornets (5-3), who played their second home game of the season.Harris' dunk gave the Hornets a 79-78 lead with eight minutes
left in the game. Sacramento State opened up the game from there,
getting a 3-pointer from Loren Leath to make it 90-82 and then
sealing the victory by hitting 10 straight free throws in the last
2:44.Jazz Henderson had 23 points and Dominique Ricks and Aaron Nixon
scored 18 each for the 49ers (2-4), who are 0-4 on the road this
season.This is the first time since the 1991-92 season that Sacramento
State has scored 100 points twice in the same season. The first
