45-33 by halftime and never looked back. Jamon Gordon added 11
points, 11 assists and seven rebounds for the Hokies.
North Carolina A&T (0-5) fell to 0-30 against Atlantic Coast
Conference teams. The Aggies were led by Demetrius Guions with 21
points and Austin Ewing and Greg Roberts with 15 each. The rest of
the team totaled just 15 points as A&T shot 34 percent.
Dowdell had 18 points in the first half, when he hit six of his
school record-tying seven 3-pointers. Wynton Witherspoon added two
