HANOVER, N.H. (AP) -- Martin Klimes scored 19 points to lead four
players in double figures Wednesday night as Vermont posted a 77-46
win over Dartmouth.
Klimes hit 8-of-9 field goal attempts and Vermont made 75
percent of its shots in the second half while improving to 4-5.
Dartmouth, which lost its fifth straight game, fell to 1-6.
Keith Cieplicki had 14 points and led Vermont with six rebounds.
Josh Duell came off the bench to make all four of his attempts,
including three 3-pointers, to score 13 points for UVM while Chris
Holm added 10 points.
Michael Giovacchini led Dartmouth with 10 points as it suffered
its seventh consecutive loss to Vermont.
UVM shot 56 percent from the field and led by as many as 24
points on the way to a 39-19 halftime lead.
Vermont went up by as many as 37 points in the second half and
finished with 64.4 percent shooting while registering its most
lopsided win in a series that began in 1900.
