    TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) -- Kelly Golob scored 21 points and hit a decisive 3-point shot with 19.6 seconds remaining as Northern Arizona beat San Francisco 70-66 Wednesday in a first-round game of the ASU Hoops Classic.

    The Lumberjacks (6-5) advance to Thursday night's title game against the winner of the other first-round matchup between host Arizona State and Boise State.

    After Golob's 3-pointer gave Northern Arizona a 68-66 lead, San Francisco's Drew Shiller missed a 15-foot baseline jumper with three seconds remaining.

    Kyle Landry was fouled on the rebound and made two free throws to secure the Lumberjacks' victory.

    Alan Wiggins had 14 points and 13 rebounds for the Dons (4-7) while Dommanic Ingerson added 14 points and Vince Polakovic 10.

    Northern Arizona led 42-30 at halftime but San Francisco rallied to tie the score at 55 with 8:40 left.

    The Dons led 66-65 with 30.9 seconds left after Armando Surratt made two foul shots before Golob sank his game-winner.

    Ruben Boykin Jr. added 14 points and nine rebounds for the Lumberjacks.
