    ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -- Justin Rose led three Central Florida players in double-figures with 19 points to propel the team to a 69-57 victory over North Florida at the UCF Holiday Classic Thursday.

    Central Florida (6-4) won its 11th consecutive game at home with the 12-point victory over the visiting Ospreys. Anthony Williams and Josh Peppers each contributed 15 points and four rebounds for the Golden Knights.

    Alain LaRoche led North Florida (3-5) with 21 points on 8-of-13 shooting. Chris Timberlake added 13 points while Derrick Scott had 10 points for the Ospreys. Central Florida used six three-pointers in the first half to take a 39-22 at intermission.

    The Golden Knights shot 59.3 percent from the field in the opening stanza, including 10 points each from Williams and Rose. They ended the first half on a 23-7 run, fueled by eight points from Rose. He had a breakaway slam dunk and two three-pointers on the 16-point run.

    Central Florida led by 18 in the second half before the Ospreys cut the lead to single digits with under 10 minutes remaining.

    The Golden Knights outscored the Ospreys 20-15 over the final seven minutes of the game to secure the 69-57 win.
