STOCKTON, Calif. (AP) -- Christian Maraker had 26 points and 14 rebounds, and Pacific scored 12 consecutive points late in the second half to beat Cal State Fullerton 83-74 Monday night.

Johnny Gray had 21 points and seven assists for the Tigers, who held Fullerton scoreless over a four-minute span late in the game to turn a tie game into a 78-66 advantage with 1:11 remaining.

Michael White added 12 points for Pacific (10-5, 1-1 Big West), which bounced back after having its 31-game winning streak in Big West games snapped Saturday by a home loss to UC Riverside.

Bobby Brown had 22 points to lead Fullerton (8-5, 2-2). Jermaine Harper scored 19 points for the Titans, Jamaal Brown had 13 and Frank Robinson scored 10.

The game was tied eight times and there were 12 lead changes before Pacific began its late run on a basket by White with 4:32 remaining.

Pacific jumped to an early 11-2 lead and made its first six shots from the field. But Fullerton got even at 15-15 on Bobby Brown's 3-pointer midway through the first half, and the two teams weren't separated by more than four points the rest of the half.

There were seven lead changes before the break as the only two Big West teams with winning records traded baskets. Bobby Brown made each of his four 3-point attempts and had 18 points at halftime.

Harper made four of six 3-pointers and had 13 points at the break. Maraker had 16 points at halftime and Gray had 12.

Jamaal Brown's jumper in the lane with two seconds remaining in the half broke the game's third tie and gave Fullerton a 41-39 edge at halftime. The Titans stretched that lead to 46-42 early in the second half before Pacific rallied.
