CINCINNATI (AP) -- Stanley Burrell scored 21 points and Justin
Doellman added 20 Saturday, leading Xavier to a 91-70 victory over

The Musketeers (16-7, 7-5 Atlantic 10) have won their last two
games without leading scorer and rebounder Brian Thornton, out for
the rest of the season with a broken ankle.

Xavier used its balance and a second-half run to pull away from
Duquesne (3-21, 1-12), which has lost its last six games. Since
losing three players in December, the Dukes have lost 15 of their
16 games.

The Musketeers forced 21 turnovers and went 26-of-29 on free
throws. They also closed the game with a 13-0 run, holding Duquesne
scoreless for the last 5 minutes.

Bryant McAllister, one of the conference's leading scorers at
19.3 points per game, led the Dukes with 21 points. Chauncey Duke
added 20, and Ronnie Thomas had a career-high 11.

Freshman B.J. Raymond made three consecutive 3-pointers, leading
a 9-2 run that put the Musketeers ahead 59-49. Raymond went 4-of-5
from behind the arc and finished with a career-high 16 points.

Duquesne cut the lead to 71-67 before fading.
