Cal St.-Fullerton 67, Texas-San Antonio 63

SAN ANTONIO (AP) -- Marcus Crenshaw had 20 points and Cal State-Fullerton scored the final seven points Wednesday in a 67-63 victory against Texas-San Antonio.

Justin Burns, who finished with 16 points and 11 rebounds, started the game-deciding spurt with a layup with 1:32 remaining, and Kenneth Alexander put Fullerton (3-0) ahead for good at 64-63 on another layup with 51 seconds left.

After Melvin Smith missed two free throws for UTSA (1-4), Jay Reed converted a pair at the other end to give Fullerton a three-point lead with 30 seconds left. Smith then missed a shot with eight seconds left to clinch Fullerton's win.

UTSA's Keith Spencer had his second double-double in three games with 16 points and 11 rebounds, and Isaiah Allen scored 16, including 4-of-6 shooting on 3-pointers. Kurt Attaway had 12 assists.
