HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (AP) -- Cornelius Hester's breakaway layup with less than 15 seconds left lifted Alabama A&M to a 59-57 victory over Tuskegee 59-57 Saturday night.

Hester was the only player to score in double digits for the Bullodogs (5-3) with 15 points, but Mickell Gladness had 11 rebounds and Trant Simpson had ten assists.

Alabama A&M shot just 36 percent from the field, but forced 23 turnovers and 18 points off those miscues by the Golden Tigers (1-3).

Tuskegee led 30-29 at the half and was paced by the hot shooting of Sean-Claude Terrell, who scored 14 of his 16 points in the first half. Eric Wilson also scored 16 points for the Golden Tigers.
