    EASTON, Pa. (AP) -- Marcus Harley hit two jumpers and a layup to lead an 11-2 Lafayette scoring streak in the opening six minutes as the Leopards defeated Lycoming 72-54 Thursday night.

    Harley scored 12 points and Ted Detmer and Paul Cummins added nine points each for Lafayette (4-6), which took a 42-25 halftime lead and never trailed after the opening scoring burst.

    Cummins hit three 3-point goals in the third straight victory for Lafayette, and Andrew Brown had four assists.

    Greg Sye and Jemayne Nowlin led Lycoming (3-3) with 13 points each. Nowlin had four 3-pointers for the Warriors.
