WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (AP) -- Nathan Mann scored 13 -- including six during a 23-5 run that broke open a close game in the second half -- to lead William & Mary to a 61-44 win over North Florida on Friday night.
The game was tied at 34 with 11:43 to play before Kyle Carrabine hit a 3-pointer to start the game-deciding scoring spree for the Tribe (4-4). Mann's two free throws capped the spurt, making it 57-39 with 1:52 left.
Chris Timberlake scored 15 for the Ospreys (1-8). North Florida shot just 33.3 percent for the game and was outscored 16-3 at the free-throw line..
