FAIRFAX, Va. (AP) -- -Nathan Mann scored 14 points and William & Mary ended George Mason's 14-game Colonial Athletic Association home winning streak with a 67-63 victory Wednesday night.

David Schneider's basket with 3:38 remaining broke a 57-57 tie and put the Tribe (8-4, 1-1) up for good.

Folarin Campbell missed a 3-pointer with 23 seconds left that would have tied the game at 63, ending any chance of a comeback by the Patriots (6-6, 0-2).

Will Thomas led George Mason with 20 points. Campbell had 14 points and 6 assists and John Vaughan finished with 10 points.

Vaughn scored four points in the final minute of the first half to help the Patriots close with a 7-0 run and take a 33-31 lead. The Tribe stayed close by hitting 6 of 11 3-pointers in the first half while holding the Patriots to just 1-for-12 beyond the arc. George Mason shot just 26 percent (6 of 23) on its 3-pointers for the game.

It was William & Mary's first win at George Mason since the 1997-98 season and the Patriots' first conference loss at home since Jan. 19, 2005, when they fell to Drexel 66-59.
