    STONY BROOK, N.Y. (AP) -- Ricky Lucas scored 15 of his 21 points in first half and Stony Brook snapped a three-game losing streak with a 67-55 victory over Binghamton on Tuesday night.

    Solomon Bamiro added 14 points for the Seawolves (6-9, 1-2 America East), while Mike Popoko had 11.

    Richard Forbes had 14 points to lead the Bearcats (8-7, 1-2) and Troy Hailey added 12.

    Forbes' 3-pointer with 9:47 to go gave Binghamton its last lead, 48-46.

    Lucas and freshman Kyle Wright both had two 3-pointers in the 14-4 run that gave the Seawolves a 62-50 lead with 2:57 to go.
