PISCATAWAY, N.J. (AP) -- Roy Hibbert had 16 points, nine rebounds and two blocked shots to lead Georgetown to a dominating 68-54 win over Rutgers Wednesday night.

DaJuan Summers added 17 points for Georgetown (12-5, 2-2 Big East), which snapped a two-game losing streak.

Rutgers (8-10, 1-4) dropped its third straight and continued its offensive woes. The Knights, who shot 31.5 percent after two straight games below 30 percent, got 13 points from J.R. Inman, 12 from Marquis Webb and 10 each from Ollie Bailey and Adrian Hill.

Georgetown, sixth in the nation in shooting percentage, shot 57.8 percent, making 26-of-45 from the field. Hibbert shot 7-for-8 and Summers 5-for-7.

Coming off a DePaul game in which it had its lowest point total at home (37) since 1959, Rutgers continued to reel on the offensive end as the Hoyas took a 28-13 lead after one half. The Knights shot 4-for-23 in the half after making 4-for-24 in the second half against DePaul.
