STATESBORO, Ga. (AP) -- Jason Richards scored a career-high 32 points as Davidson rallied from a nine-point halftime deficit and pulled away to defeat Georgia Southern 101-92 Tuesday night.
It was the 13th win in the last 14 games for the Wildcats, who improved to 17-4 overall and 8-1 in the Southern Conference.
Davidson, which trailed 55-46 at halftime, began the second half on a 9-2 run to close the gap to 57-55. The Eagles were able to answer each basket to keep Davidson from tying the game, but Curry finally put the Wildcats on top at the 11:24 mark with a trey from the top of the key.
The Eagles (9-10, 2-6 SoCon) were led by Louis Graham, who poured in a career-high 26 points by shooting 9-for-13 from the floor. Donte Gennie and Jimmy Tobias added 19 each and Dwayne Foreman tallied 11.
