BALTIMORE (AP) -- Gerald Brown landed two free throws with 1:32 remaining in the game, and Loyola, Md., slipped past Siena, 72-71 Monday night.
On Siena's next possession, Alex Franklin was fouled, but only landed one of two free throw shots. A turnover by Loyola got the ball back to Siena, but Kenny Hasbrouck missed a three-pointer as the Saints failed to capitalize on Loyola's mistake.
Marquis Sullivan scored a game-high 20 points for Loyola (13-8, 9-2 MAAC). Brown scored 18 points and grabbed 12 rebounds.
Edwin Ubiles scored a team-high 16 points for Siena (11-10, 6-5)
