Wis.-Green Bay 79, Cleveland St. 66

CLEVELAND (AP) -- Mike Schachtner scored 26 points -- hitting all four of his 3-point attempts -- to lead Wisconsin-Green Bay to a 79-66 victory over Cleveland State on Saturday night.

Ryan Evanochko added 19 points and 10 assists without a turnover. Ryan Tillema had 11 points for the Phoenix (13-11, 5-6 Horizon League).

Victor Morris and Raheem Moss each had 16 points and Patrick Tatham 13 for the Vikings (8-17, 2-10).

Cleveland State's only lead came on the opening basket. The Phoenix ran off the next 10 points and led 41-33 at the half and by as many as 16 points late in the game.

The Vikings chipped away at Green Bay's lead, pulling to within two points twice in the second half including 52-50 with 10:23 remaining. The Phoenix withstood the charge as Tillema hit a 3-pointer to cap a 13-5 run to make it 65-55 with 6 minutes left. The lead never dropped below eight points again.

Schachtner hit 10 of 15 shots from the field and was perfect behind the arc and also at the free-throw line, where he hit both attempts. The Phoenix hit 52 percent of their shots from the field.
