DETROIT (AP) -- DaShaun Wood scored 21 points and Todd Brown added 15 Saturday to help Wright State defeated Detroit 66-59.
The Raiders (16-8, 9-2 Horizon League) completed a season sweep of the Titans with their fourth consecutive victory, and remained a game behind conference leader Butler.
Bell made a 3-pointer to cut Wright State's lead to 53-47 with 3:34 to play, but Drew Burleson answered with a three-point play 20 seconds later. His layup ended the Raiders' 7-minute field-goal drought and the Titans never threatened again.
Detroit, which trailed the entire game, was 1-for-10 from the floor during a 6-minute stretch of the first half, during which the Raiders went on an 11-2 run and took their first double-digit lead.
Wood scored 15 points in the first half and the Raiders led 35-25 at intermission. Wright State also got 12 points and nine rebounds from Burleson and 10 points and five assists from Vaughn Duggins.
