    JACKSON, Miss. (AP) -- Trey Johnson scored 25 points and helped Jackson State rally for a 66-57 win over Grambling on Saturday.

    Jackson State (16-11, 10-4 Southwestern Athletic Conference) trailed 49-39 with 10 minutes left when Johnson scored 12 points in five minutes to help the Tigers take a 55-53 lead with 4:54 remaining.

    Johnson, who had only seven points at the half, hit six free throws in the final four minutes and controlled the tempo of the game for Jackson State. The Tigers led 31-26 at the half.

    The win helped Jackson state hold onto a share of first place in the SWAC conference.

    Grambling (10-11, 8-6) took its second straight loss.

    Grant Maxey added 18 points for Jackson State.

    Anthony Williams led Grambling with 26 points and Andre' Ratliff put 21 on the board.

    Grambling shot only 32 percent for the game and committed 16 turnovers.
