Missouri State led 34-33 at halftime after Dale Lamberth connected on a 3-pointer in the closing seconds.

Wichita State, however, came out quickly in the second half. Ryan Martin's basket gave the Shockers a 35-34 lead, and they increased the advantage to 46-38 on Bradley's 3-pointer with 11:10 to play.

Missouri State regained the lead 50-48 on Spencer Laurie's 3-pointer with 6:28 to play, and the Bears scored on eight straight possessions to increase the lead to 64-55.

Wichita State didn't get closer than five points the rest of the game, even though Missouri State missed five consecutive free throws. The Bears made their last seven, though, to put the game away.
