    ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) -- Jamar Wilson scored 29 points to lead Albany to a 73-63 win over Boston University on Sunday in the America East Conference.

    Boston University (11-17, 8-8) trailed 46-36 with 16:50 but rallied with 11 unanswered points. Freshman Tyler Morris had eight of his 18 points in the run including a turnaround jumper on the right baseline that put the Terriers ahead. Carlos Strong drained a 3-pointer for a 52-48 lead.

    UAlbany (20-9, 13-3) responded with a nine-point run. Wilson, who shot 9-for-17 from the floor, hit a 3-pointer, came up with a steal and found Jon Iati for another three-point shot. Iati had 12 points off the bench.

    The Great Danes still led 61-55 with 6:55 to play and pulled away with nine of the game's next 10 points. Jason Siggers added 13 points.

    Corey Lowe scored 14 points for Boston University. Scott Brittain had nine points and eight rebounds.
