WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (AP) -- Scott Martin scored 13 points to help Purdue rally for a 59-44 win over Florida International on Saturday afternoon in the Boilermakers' final non-conference game.

Tarrance Crump scored 12 points and E'Twaun Moore added 10 for the Boilermakers.

Purdue (9-4) shot just 28 percent, but the Boilermakers forced 25 turnovers and outrebounded the Golden Panthers 41-30.

Kansas transfer Alex Galindo, who led Florida International with 21 points, couldn't prevent the Golden Panthers' fifth straight loss.

Florida International (3-8) scored the game's first 16 points, including 13 by Galindo. Purdue missed its first 12 shots before scoring its first points on a dunk by JaJuan Johnson with 9:40 left in the first half.

Purdue held Florida International scoreless for the next 7:14 to cut the Golden Panthers' lead to 16-10.

The Boilermakers took their first lead on a bank shot by Crump that made the score 19-18. Purdue held the Golden Panthers without a field goal for the final 10:45 of the first half to take a 21-18 lead at halftime.

Purdue opened the second half on a 12-4 run, and the Boilermakers weren't challenged after that. Purdue's largest lead was 19 points in the second half.
