TOLEDO, Ohio. (AP) -- Tyrone Kent's jumper in the last five seconds of the game broke a 69-69 tie to lead Toledo to a 71-69 victory over Oakland of Michigan Saturday night.
Kent had 22 points for the Rockets, and Jerrah Young added 11 more and had 11 rebounds.
Oakland (6-7) came back from a 15-point deficit at halftime to outscore Toledo (3-9) by 13 points in the second half but still came up short in the end.
Toledo shot nearly 57 percent (17-of-30) in the first half and then just 36 percent (7-of-19) in the second half. The Golden Grizzlies shot 48 percent (12-of-25 and 15-of-31) throughout the game.
Jonathan Jones led Oakland with 29 points -- including two jumpers in the last minute of the game -- and Derick Nelson added 12.
