| Butler advanced to the Sweet 16 with a 62-59 win over Maryland, after beating Old Dominion 57-46 in the first round. The Bulldogs are only the third team in the last 20 years to win their first two games of the NCAA Tournament despite not scoring more than 62 points in either game. Ball State did that in 1990 and Pittsburgh in 2004. Elias Says |
