Marcus McIntosh made two free throws and Lauer made a 3-point basket to narrow the Anteaters' deficit to 62-57. But Crenshaw scored five points on jump shots in a span of 1:21 to extend the Titans' lead to 67-57 with 9:36 left.
Fullerton led by as many as 15 points.
