VALPARAISO, Ind. (AP) -- Samuel Haanpaa sank four 3-pointers and scored 24 points to lead Valparaiso over Wisconsin-Green Bay 82-73 Saturday night.
Mike Schachtner hit seven 3-pointers and 12 field goals to lead Green Bay (9-7, 3-3) with a game-high 34 points.
Shawn Huff added 18 points for Valparaiso (12-5, 3-2), and Urule Igbavboa scored 14, as the Crusaders overcame a one-point halftime deficit and scored 47 second-half points for the Horizon League win.
Randy Berry scored ten points for the Phoenix, as the only other player in double figures. Rahmon Fletcher had nine points. Terry Evans grabbed 11 rebounds for Wisconsin-Green Bay, which finished with a 43-35 edge on the boards.
Valparaiso hit 28 of 65 field goals, or 43 percent, for the game. Wisconsin-Green Bay made 27 of 59 field goals, or 45 percent.
Valparaiso had a 13-game home winning streak snapped with a 71-69 loss to Milwaukee on Thursday.
