LITTLE ROCK (AP) -- Daniel Hayles' 13 points topped five players who scored in double digits Saturday night for South Alabama in a 72-65 victory over Sun Belt Conference rival Arkansas-Little Rock.

It was the 11th straight win for South Alabama (15-3, 7-0). The Jaguars led 35-30 at the half.

Hayles was 3-for-4 in long-distance shooting. His effort was complemented by 12 points from teammate Demetric Bennett, 11 each from Daon Merritt and Domonic Tilford, and 10 from Brandon Davis.

Brandon Patterson led the Trojans (12-6, 4-3) with 14 points, while De'Andre Eggins added 10.

The two teams had identical 39.3 percent shooting records in the game, both sinking 22-of-56 and both hitting five 3-pointers. The difference was in free throws, with the Jaguars making 23-of-32 and UALR hitting only 16-of-24.
