WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (AP) -- Gerald Lee scored 15 points to lead a balanced scoring attack and Old Dominion dominated William & Mary on the backboards Saturday night en route to a 72-59 victory before the largest crowd at Kaplan Arena in a decade.

The Monarchs (10-11, 4-5 Colonial Athletic Association) outrebounded the Tribe 43-24, including an 18-7 edge in offensive rebounds, and scored 18 second-chance points.

William & Mary (10-9, 6-3), which started the night in a three-way tie for second in the conference, led 37-36 at the half before the Monarchs depth proved too much.

Laimis Kisielius scored 26 points and Danny Sumner 13 to lead the Tribe, which drew a crowd of 5,284, the largest for a home game since a Feb. 7, 1998 game against Richmond.

Darius James added 12 points, Brian Henderson 11 and Frank Hassell 10 for the Monarchs, whose bench outscored the William & Mary reserves 23-5. Old Dominion also limited the home team to 29.6 percent shooting and just eight second-half field goals.
