Presbyterian 111, Carver Bible College 51

CLINTON, S.C. (AP) -- Josh Johnson had a career-high 24 points -- including six 3-pointers -- as Presbyterian hit a team-record 22 shots from long range in beating Carver Bible College 111-51 on Saturday.

The Blue Hose (5-23) had three players with six or more 3-pointers. Pat Kiscaden hit seven of 16 attempts from long range for 21 points, Pierre Miller hit six of seven for 18 points. Presbyterian's previous record for 3-pointers was 18 set against North Greenville in the 2002-03 season.

Al'lonzo Coleman also had 18 points for Presbyterian, but he didn't even try a 3-pointer. Bryan Bostic added 13 points and nine rebounds, while Travis Sligh had 10 points.

The Cougars (3-23) shot 31 percent and made just two of their 17 attempts from beyond the arc.

Justin Caston, Kent Dorsey and Chris Dudley each had 10 points for Carver.
