LINCOLN, Neb. -- Darryl Proctor blocked a shot with one-tenth of a second left to preserve a 66-64 win for Maryland-Baltimore County over Nebraska on Tuesday.
The Retrievers didn't score from the field in the game's final 6:34, but they made 9 of 11 free throws.
The Huskers' Steve Harley was fouled with five seconds left. He made the first and intentionally missed the second. The rebound went out of bounds, giving Nebraska (7-3) time for a final shot.
Harley drove into the right side of the lane, but Proctor blocked the shot.
