INDIANAPOLIS -- Robert Glenn scored 18 points and grabbed nine rebounds off the bench to lead IUPUI as the Jaguars held off a second-half rally to beat Missouri-Kansas City 72-69 Wednesday in a Summit League matchup.

Gary Patterson had 16 points and Alex Young 13 for IUPUI (8-5, 1-1 Summit). Jon Avery had 10 pounds and eight rebounds.

Dane Brumagin scored 23 to lead the Kangaroos (5-11, 1-2). Bakari Lewis had 18 and Reggie Hamilton 10.

The Jaguars led 61-51 when UMKC went on a 13-2 run to tie the game at 64-64 with 2:36 left with a Spencer Johnson layup. IUPUI increased its margin to as much as five in the closing minutes but it was nip and tuck as Lewis hit a jumper to make it 71-69 with 0:02 remaining.

Hamilton then fouled Leroy Nobles, who nailed the free throw for the final score, and Glenn stole the ball as time expired.
