SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Luke Harangody didn't let being in foul trouble against an athletic Georgetown team bother him. Neither did Notre Dame coach Mike Brey.
• Notre Dame extended its nation-leading home win streak to 44 games.
• Luke Harangody led the Irish with 31 points. Harangody has now scored at least 20 points in seven straight games, which is the longest such streak by a Notre Dame player in a single season since Kelly Tripucka had eight consecutive 20-point efforts in 1980.
• The Irish have now won 19 straight Big East games at home. That falls one shy of the conference record set by Pittsburgh from 2001-04.
