HAMDEN, Conn. -- Ron Robinson scored 15 points and Jimmy Langhurst added 14 to lead Robert Morris to a 75-63 victory over Quinnipiac on Thursday night.
They led four players in double figures in the 11th straight road win for the Colonials (9-7, 4-1 Northeast Conference). Bateko Franciso had 13 and
Mezie Nwigwe added 10.
It was the fifth straight loss overall for the Bobcats (6-8, 2-2 NEC), who were led by
James Feldeine with 18 points.
Justin Rutty added 16, and led all rebounders with eight.
Quinnipiac led 28-26 late in the first half before Francisco and
Jeremy Chappell sank back-to-back 3-pointers for the Colonials to close the first period. Francisco and Langhurst then opened the second half with 3-pointers in the game-turning run.
