RICHMOND, Ky. -- Jorge Camacho scored 10 of his career-high 17 points within a five-minute stretch in the first half and Eastern Kentucky routed Ohio 73-51 on Saturday night for the Colonels' first win over the Bobcats.
Eastern Kentucky (18-10) extended its winning streak to a season-high four games while winning its eighth straight home contest.
Mike Rose added 14 points and 10 rebounds to move into second place on the Colonels' all-time scoring list with 1,731 points.
Eastern Kentucky took a 42-26 halftime lead and led by 23 points with 3:38 left.
Josh Taylor and
Justin Stommes added 13 apiece for the Colonels, who scored 24 points off 19 Ohio turnovers.
Jerome Tillman led the Bobcats (13-13), who have lost six straight road games, with 19 points.
Justin Orr added 11.
The teams last met in 1989 and Ohio now holds a 3-1 series edge.
