LOS ANGELES -- Jarred DuBois scored 17 points and Loyola Marymount held on for a 61-57 victory over San Francisco on Thursday.

Vernon Teel made one of two free throws with 16.3 seconds remaining for a three-point lead, and the Dons turned the ball over on the next possession.

Corey Counts added a free throw with 5.1 seconds left to seal the win for the Lions (3-26, 2-11 West Coast Conference). Loyola Marymount avenged a 73-53 loss on Jan. 31 in San Francisco (10-18, 2-11).

The Lions led by 14 points in the first half before San Francisco cut the deficit to 35-28 at halftime.

Kwame Vaughn led San Francisco with 18 points and Dior Lowhorn added 16 points and eight rebounds.

Counts added 13 points for the Lions and Kevin Young had a game-high 12 rebounds.
