COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Evan Turner's back-breaking fall overshadowed No. 15 Ohio State's easy 111-60 win over Eastern Michigan on Saturday.How bad was the Buckeyes star player's awkward, back-first, 7-foot drop onto the hardwood? It was bad enough to make a crowd of 12,135 hold its collective breath.
• Ohio State's Evan Turner played seven minutes after fracturing vertebrae in his back on a dunk. He will miss up to eight weeks.
• The Buckeyes have won 69 of their last 70 home games against unranked teams. Eastern Michigan dropped to 1-9 against ranked teams since 1996-97.
• Jon Diebler scored 21 points to lead Ohio State and has posted double-figures in six straight games, extending the longest such streak of his career.
• Ohio State, which shot 55.2 percent (16-29) from 3-point range, recorded its most points since scoring 121 in 1995. It's the third time this season the Buckeyes have reached the 100-point mark after not doing so since 2006.
