Wall sets school record with 16 assists; Cousins has double-double
LEXINGTON, Ky. -- Between the highlight reel dunks, table jumping hustle plays and freakish speed in the open court, it can be easy to forget Kentucky's John Wall is a point guard.The freshman sensation provided a record-breaking reminder on Tuesday night against Hartford.
Wall Passes Them All
John Wall not only set the Kentucky single-game assist record Tuesday, he also passed the previous season high by any Division I player this season (14).

• After opening the game on a 23-8 run, Kentucky started the season 14-0 for the first time since the 1977-78 season.
• It was a historic night for freshman sensation John Wall as the point guard set a Wildcats single-game record with 16 assists.
• DeMarcus Cousins finished with 19 points and 12 rebounds for his seventh double-double on the season.
